Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with expertise in both 2nd and 3rd line support for a new contract opportunity.
This role is a 6-month contract requiring 5 days per week onsite in Central London.
Candidates must possess strong experience with Apple Mac as well as Windows systems.
Key responsibilities include L2 EUC support, endpoint management, patch management, apps packaging, and M365 management.
The position offers a competitive salary, and candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

L2 EUC Support
Endpoint Management (Windows, MacOS, mobile devices)
Patch Management & Apps Updates
Apps Packaging (request based)
M365 Management (Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint, Entra ID)
