Devonshire Hayes is seeking an IT Support Analyst for a reputable organization.
The role involves providing deskside and remote support for Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Exchange, and Teams, among other responsibilities.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support.
The position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year.
Additional duties include maintaining printers, supporting audio-visual equipment, and updating the IT asset management database.

You will be tasked with the following,

Deskside and remote support (Remote Control/LogMeIn)

- Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Exchange, and Teams support

- Building and imaging computers and laptops

- Setting up corporate iPhones, diagnosing faults within laptops/desktops

- Regular updating on CMDB for IT asset management

- Building and imaging computers and laptops

- Printer maintenance (replacing components and toners)

- Audio Visual room support

- Working to an ITIL best practice environment
