Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a leading business as an IT Support Engineer. This will be a very varied role and will be on the road. The role will be responsible for supporting the organisation in their daily duties and to liaise and communicate in professional standard.
Please note this will be a 3 Month contract with a view to be extended and will be on the road so must have access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Providing IT support by travelling to different sites as needed.
- Working closely with the team to resolve problems and queries.
- Assistance with the configuration, installation, monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- General IT Support
- Break fix IT
- Coordinating external providers and support agents
- Producing images, descriptions and drawing up floor plans.
- Working with Excel spreadsheets
To be successful:
- Must have IT knowledge knowing how to find an AP, retrieving an IP address etc.
- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Be able to work well within an energetic team
- Problem solver
- Able to work in an ever-changing environment
