IT Support Analyst required for a Global Law Firm in city of London, paying up to £50k, fully office basedA top Legal Firm based in city is requiring a service desk analyst to join their well known firm, offering endless career opportunities and benefits! Responsibilities* Field incoming help requests from end users via telephone/email, remote connection and desk-sidevisits.* Ensures that all user requests are logged and escalation procedures are followed. Maintainsproblem status/resolution information in the ticketing database.* Troubleshooting problems with Windows-based workstations, custom applications, email,network, and peripheral equipment.* Clearly document customer issue history and issue resolution for call tracking, reporting, andknowledgebase creation.* Participate in problem management to help prevent incidents or reoccurring incidents throughtrends and patterns, working with colleagues and external suppliers as required.* Maintains expert-level knowledge of the platform's operating systems, standard applications, andcomputer hardware solutions.* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on workstations, laptops, and personal technologydevices running Windows and Apple operating systems* Dealing with IOS & Android Workspace ONE MDM queries.* Prioritize and escalate problems to the appropriate IT teams as required.* Collaborate with other IT teams as needed to determine and resolve issues.Requirements* Experience working in a similar role, preferably within the legal sector, with a similar team size.* Minimum two years' experience supporting end-user equipment in a high-availabilityenvironment.* Must have excellent customer service skills communication skills and be a team player.* Flexible working approach being open and responsible to changing circumstances.* Must understand PC hardware/peripheral devices, Active Directory, standard operating systems(Windows 10/11), and Microsoft Office applications.* Experience supporting Citrix Xen Desktop platforms and iManage Work 10 would be desirable.* Experience supporting mobile technologies iOS and Android.Apply today!
