An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Technician to join a forward-thinking global law firm in London.
The role will see this IT Technician supporting on 1st and 2nd line duties including support for the firms technology such as telephony, laptops, mobile phones and AV equipment. Other duties include;
路 Reimaging and repairing laptops and desktops
路 Document file conversion
路 Incident and change management
路 Office moves and software upgrades
路 Vendor management
This is the perfect role for an IT Technician with anything from a recent apprenticeship through to five years of IT experience in a legal environment. You will have excellent IT skills and have the drive to work towards tight SLA鈥檚 in a busy office.
This is a permanent opportunity with a salary of up to c拢44,000 plus benefits.
