The Role:
- Deliver 2nd line technical support to a diverse user base, covering technologies such as Windows Server, Windows OS, Office 365, Exchange, and Azure.
- Offer technical expertise in network connectivity, encompassing DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP, switches, and routers.
- Execute administrative tasks within the Office 365 admin portals, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Contribute to mobile device rollouts utilizing Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, spanning laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Provide deskside/onsite support.
- Contribute actively to a variety of projects.
Required Technical Experience:
- Proficiency in Office 365 & Exchange.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS and Server.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, including Windows Virtual Desktop, Hyper-V, and VMWare.
- Strong command of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Expertise in Azure Active Directory.
- Competence in hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of backup solutions.
- Robust networking skills covering DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP.
- Familiarity with antivirus software.
- Advanced skills in Windows OS, Mac OSX, and Microsoft Office.
