Location:Beckenham, London, SE6Salary:£28,000 - £32,000 per annum
About the Role
As an IT Technician at the site, you’ll be a crucial member of the IT team, ensuring that staff and students have the technical support they need. You’ll contribute to a comprehensive and efficient IT service for the academy, with occasional work across other schools within the wider London IT Service cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support for staff and students.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software.
- Assist in the development and deployment of IT projects.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure excellent service delivery.
