An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in London as a IT Technician. This role encompasses elements of 1st and 2nd line support within a customer's location based in Canary Wharf, London. Ideally our client would like a technician that has worked for an MSP or worked in a corporate environment. You will also need to be able to work independently.
As the IT Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and assist with IT service tickets
- Independently resolve tickets.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to clients and staff.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
The successful IT Technician will have the following related skills / experience:
- Experience of an MSP or corporate environment
- Service desk experience - 1st / 2nd line support of windows environments.
- 365
- Laptop build experience
- Server 2016/2019
- Wireless and Network Management
