A well-established business is looking for a personable and driven Mac Engineer to join its team. The organisation embraces hybrid working and would require 3 days in the office per week.
Working as an integral part of a team of engineers you will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for all system and user issues within a Mac environment. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining both software and hardware components, as well as managing IT licenses, providing IT advice to employees and liaising with third party vendors to manage complex systems. Consummate communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be expected to provide a first-class user experience at all times.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will have demonstrable expertise supporting Apple Operating Systems such as Mac OS/IOS/OSx. You will also have experience within a Windows environment supporting O35 and Active Directory. Experience with device management tools (e.g. SCCM, Intune, JAMF) and build management and deployment is advantageous to your application.
