- Maintain familiarity with Ofsted standards and Education and Inspection Framework requirements.
- Record and report activities to management professionally and punctually.
- Liaise with Apprenticeship and Career Support teams to address learner progress and any concerns.
- Oversee the development and progression of learners within the apprenticeship program.
- Introduce and promote new training methods that enhance learner experience.
- Design effective training plans tailored to both employers' and learners' needs.
- Represent the organization as a high-quality training provider within the market, supporting both candidates and clients.
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Equal Opportunity policies.

- Minimum of one year’s experience in a Data Analyst role or relevant industry experience.
- At least one year’s experience in training or teaching.
- Relevant Data Analytics qualifications, preferably at the degree level.
- A teaching qualification at Level 3 or higher
