They are urgently seeking an E-Learning Content Developer to transform their training materials, into visually engaging and interactive learning experiences. That captivate and inspire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented professional to take training materials to the next level. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing training content to make it more visually appealing, easier to understand and more engaging for learners. Your work will directly impact the learning journey of attendees, helping them absorb information more effectively through thoughtfully designed materials and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Visualisation: Transform training materials into visually compelling and engaging formats. Including digital presentations, infographics and interactive visuals.
- eLearning Development: Design and develop online learning modules and digital resources that create an exciting and user-friendly experience.
- Creative Design: Bring a fresh, creative perspective to all training content, ensuring it is clear, professional, and visually appealing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers and stakeholders to understand training objectives and align content design with those goals.
- Learning Visualisations: Develop diagrams, flowcharts and other visual aids to simplify complex concepts and make learning more intuitive.
We are looking for a creative professional with a passion for design and learning. You’ll have a strong eye for detail and a flair for visual storytelling, combined with an understanding of how people learn best.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing training materials, eLearning modules, or digital presentations.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar).
- An understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
