Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable brand within the Ecommerce/Retail sector on the expansion of their UK online team. We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Trainer to help the client improving their training capabilities across their suite of applications, including but not limited to: CMS, PIM and Search & Merchandising tools.
You will partner with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver training and coaching sessions, identify gaps in training materials and assist with hosting on/off boarding sessions from a training perspective.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Previous experience as a IT Trainer or training experience alongside another role (PM, Consultant, BA etc)
- Previous experience in the Ecommerce sector
- Any experience with the following technologies would be beneficial: PIM, CMS, Search & Merchandising tools, DAM, InRiver and FredHopper
- Excellent communication skills
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the training area of a ambitious team within a well-known global brand.
The role is an initial 6 month contract we require somebody to work onsite 3 days per week and the role has been deemed inside IR35.
