Liquid Logic Technical Support / Trainer

£350 per day | Inside IR35 | Initial 6-Month Contract | Local Authority near Kent | 2 Days Onsite per Week

Salt is partnering with a progressive local authority based near Kent to recruit a Liquid Logic Technical Support / Trainer on an initial 6-month contract.

This role will focus on supporting users of the Liquid Logic case management system (Children's and/or Adults), providing both technical assistance and user training. You will play a key role in improving system adoption, troubleshooting user issues, and delivering effective, hands-on guidance to frontline staff and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users across the Liquid Logic platform (LCS, LAS, EHM etc.)
  • Deliver tailored training sessions to ensure confident and compliant system use
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify user needs and areas for improvement
  • Support onboarding, system updates, and ongoing knowledge transfer

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Liquid Logic in a support or training capacity
  • Strong understanding of social care processes within local government
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working 2 days per week on site (hybrid model)
