Desirable
- Microsoft Office Specialist or possessing prerequisite certifications or experience (in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
- Microsoft Certified Trainer or possessing prerequisite certifications or experience leading to this
- Ability to use Azure DevOps to log and track work
- Certification(s) in change management
- Creating learning and training material for a established buisness.
Qualifications and experience also of interest but not necessary:
- Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams administration, D365 (Dynamics)
- Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents,
Key deliverables
- Supplementary first-line support: You will help provide focused skills training and improve ways of working, offering training, assistance, and administrative support for Teams, Yammer, and MS Power Platform. Fielding general 'how to' queries.
- Create learning resources: Provide training and some one-to-one coaching where necessary to facilitate user understanding and adoption of digital and data solutions. Where appropriate, you will develop or improve the use of technologies within and between different teams or external partners.
- Microsoft 365 adoption: Assist in monitoring, triaging, and acting on admin center notifications, changes, feature releases, and retirements; creating communications and training materials to proactively inform and support others as necessary.
- Tech training: Assist in creating and curating professional self-service learning resources and pathways for colleagues, including guides, videos, e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops.
