Liaising with internal stakeholders and other organisations to search out areas for Business training support
Maintain accurate training records/MI
Conduct post training assessments to identify areas of improvement and transfer of knowledge.
Actively undertakes personal development to ensure an up to date knowledge of latest training methods.
