Are you passionate about technology and training? Do you have a knack for delivering top-tier software education? My client is looking for a Software Trainer to join their dynamic Business Systems team!

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs on Insurance Applications, Microsoft Office (incl. Teams/O365), and bespoke systems.
  • Plan and facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions.
  • Create eLearning materials using tools like Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, and WhatFix.
  • Offer first-line user support and maintain accurate training records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
