Systems Trainer and Developer (SC Cleared)
I am currently recruiting for a Systems Trainer and Developer to join a leading organisation based in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to expand on their training and development and delivery experiences. You will have excellent communication and will be able to expand your knowledge working on a broad range of training and solutions.
Rate - £375.00 per day to overall assignment rate of umbrella
Location - Fully Remote working
Duration - 6 Months
The Role
As a Training and Learning consultant you will be developing and blending training programmes for a variety of clients. You will be responsible for developing application training materials which include presentations, quick reference guides and videos and other digital learning solutions. You will furthermore be responsible for delivering training in other ways including, in person, virtual, classroom and digital training solutions.
Key Skills
- Previous experience of ServiceNow applications
- Experience with developing and deliverying system training for Contact Centres
- You must currently hold an active Security Clearance
