About the Role: Join our global finance team as a D365 Business Central Integrator. You will play a critical role in supporting finance users, maintaining our Global Template, and driving continuous improvements with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). You'll also lead on development tasks, full system integrations, and optimising BC functionality across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support global finance users and maximise the potential of BC.
  • Lead on the development of BC configurations, integrations, and customisations.
  • Maintain the Global Template and ensure compliance with local legislative requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog, triage cases, and recommend enhancements.
  • Configure and test BC solutions, providing technical expertise for full system integrations.
  • Actively contribute to the BC release roadmap and ensure seamless execution.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and liaise with developers.

Key Relationships:

  • Internal: Finance IT Business Partner, Group Financial Controller, Regional Finance Directors, IT teams.
  • External: BC vendors, local partners, Microsoft, and other support vendors.

Your Profile:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Version 20+.
  • Strong development skills, including customisations, integrations, and configurations.
  • Knowledge of SQL, VB Script, JavaScript, JSON, and integration tools (Mulesoft).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Finance, Audit, IT General Controls, and agile teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ITIL Foundation and operational experience.

Desirable:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC certifications (e.g., MB-800, MB300).
  • Experience with AL language extension, Jet Reports, Continia Software.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Visio, and BPMN.
