About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will:
- Oversee the strategic management of technology vendors to ensure top-tier performance and alignment with business goals.
- Nurture robust relationships with internal business units, acting as the bridge between the technology teams and key stakeholders.
- Align vendor capabilities with the organisation's needs, ensuring maximum value and efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain ownership of all relationships with third-party providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive technology projects that enhance business operations and outcomes.
- Drive innovation, working with vendors to review latest products ad services.
