Strategic IT Business Partner

Our client, a global SaaS provider in the automotive industry, are looking for an experienced IT Strategy Business Partner to join their Corporate IT division.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the IT strategic plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans
- Act as a liaison between IT and the business to ensure that technology initiatives support business goals
- Facilitate discussions with senior business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT strategies
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption of IT strategies
- Ensure IT strategies comply with regulatory requirements, security policies, and governance frameworks
Key Experience
- Previous IT Business Partner experience with particular focus on IT Strategy & Technology strategy
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Comprehend the current IT strategy and Technology Roadmap, translate this into a directorate-focused perspective, and effectively communicate it to business areas to enable informed discussions on their priorities
- Identify key metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits, forecast, plan, and monitor the realization of anticipated benefits from projects, programs, and product-based initiatives as predicted in the business case
- Familiarity with various IT project delivery methods (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
