Technology Contracts & Vendor Manager - London Market Insurance

Hybrid Working in the City of London.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technology Contracts and Vendor Manager to join the UK & European division of a London Market Insurer.

The successful candidate will oversee vendor relationships, ensuring the effective delivery of services and driving cost optimisation.

Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery Management, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with the company's strategic goals.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Technology Contracts and Vendor Manager will be pivotal in negotiating contracts with vendors. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and procurement to secure favourable terms that support objectives.

The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
