Garden Team Leader

Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Garden Team Leader on a permanent basis located in North London.

Job Purpose
Garden Maintenance working in Middle-High end residential gardens. Previous experience within Gardening/Grounds Maintenance is essential.
You will be in a ‘hands-on’ position, within the gardening team, providing a professional standard of horticultural expertise.
Some duties include, but not limited to, grass and hedge cutting, shrub bed maintenance, weed control of hard surfaces and other ad hoc duties within the grounds/gardens.

Skills & Experiences:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Experience of Gardening / Grounds Maintenance
• Hardworking, trustworthy and a good communicator
• Enthusiastic with an interest in horticulture
• A reliable and punctual track record
• A full UK driving licence
