#### Key Responsibilities

- **Oversee Assembly Operations**: Ensure the efficient and accurate construction of cabinets and other components.
- **Team Management**: Provide guidance, training, and support to assembly workers, enhancing their skills and productivity.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Material Handling**: Also working with lamination and composite materials, ensuring proper handling and application techniques.
- **Industry Expertise**: Utilize experience from the boat building, aerospace, defence, or automotive sectors to inform best practices.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement enhancements in assembly techniques and workflows.
- **Performance Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production and report on performance metrics to management.

#### Skills and Qualifications

- **Educational Background**: Technical certification in carpentry or a related field is preferred but not essential
- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years in assembly, specifically in carpentry or joinery, within a relevant industry such as boat building, aerospace, or automotive.
- **Material Expertise**: Familiarity with lamination, composite materials, and prepreg processes.
