Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day reactive repairs on social housing properties.
• Manage a team of multi-trade operatives, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
• Prioritise and schedule repairs, responding promptly to resident requests.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage materials and resources effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Liaise with residents and other stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Repairs Supervisor, Reactive Maintenance Team Leader, or Site Supervisor (with relevant repairs experience).
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Valid SSSTS certification.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in social housing is highly desirable.
