Role Overview: As Head of Bespoke Jewellery Design, you will create stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect our clients' visions and aspirations. This is a customer-facing role based out of the London Flagship Boutique, where strong communication and collaboration are essential. You will engage directly with UHNW clients, guiding them through the design process and transforming their ideas into beautiful, tangible works of art.

A key part of this role is being a storyteller through your designs, ensuring each piece encapsulates the unique narrative and emotion of the client. Experience working with Fine Jewellery and High Jewellery collections is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients in our flagship boutique to understand their desires and preferences, offering expert guidance throughout the design process.
  • Create detailed sketches, CAD designs, and prototypes to bring concepts to life.
  • Source high-quality materials and gemstones, ensuring each piece meets our exacting standards.
  • Stay current with trends in jewellery design and craftsmanship to inform and inspire your creations.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction at every stage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bespoke jewellery design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and skill.
  • Experience working with Fine Jewellery and High Jewellery collections is essential.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and traditional design techniques.
  • A level of artistry in drawing and painting is highly desirable to enhance the design process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual projects.
