• We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to work with our global customers within the Client’s Digital Media Consulting team; for the EMEA region.
• The Professional Services (PS) team is responsible for providing expert skills in the implementation of Client’s Digital Media products. This portfolio of products contains Firefly, Photoshop, Substance 3D, InDesign, Frame.io Express SDK, Acrobat, Acrobat Sign, as well as Document Cloud Products.
• The professional services team are experts in Project Management, and technical expertise on the APIs of the products; and we are looking to grow our team with new members that are experts within the products themselves.
• We are therefore looking for a creative expert proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and InDesign to partner with our Project Managers and Technical Consultants to complete use case discovery and solution design with our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Be the Creative Design expert within the Professional Services team to provide knowledge, experience and known best practices into how to efficiently and effectively use the Photoshop, Lightroom and InDesign products.
• Work with our enterprise customers to understand their process flows and business procedures; to then overlay client’s solutions to improve their efficiency, and enabling the customer a high ROI
• Work with the Client’s Professional Services team (namely project managers and technical consultants) to define, design and deliver client’s projects.
• Effectively probe and challenge customers to understand current workflows and identify opportunities for client to supercharge these workflows
• Identify repeatable, high value use cases for client’s solutions;
• Illustrate how client’s solutions can improve creativity and productivity;
• Identify ways that we can scale impact.
• Specialize in APIs, understanding their uses, limitations, and mastering their SDKs.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing Creative software for the purpose of digital and print marketing or campaigns output for an enterprise organization.
• An understanding of the opportunity and challenges within enterprises for visual communicators to produce the visual communications they need themselves, quickly and effectively.
• You will ideally have practical experience delivering visual communication/design projects for enterprise brands using client’s applications for creative professionals.
• Must be a good presenter/storyteller that can deliver a compelling product demonstration which articulates value (not just feature/function) and translates functional/technical jargon into simple terms.
• Synthesize creative, technical and workflow business requirements into accessible and approachable solutions using client’s products.
• Proficiency in using PS Actions and ideally using scripting languages such as JavaScript, AppleScript, or VBScript for automating tasks in InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience with developing and deploying custom scripts and plugins to enhance client’s product functionalities.
• Ability to understand and create Photoshop scripts and actions.
• A team player with a collective goal in mind to assist both clients, and our customers.
