Its a unique opportunity to work alongside the Founders on kitchen design, branding, procurement, commercials and recruitment in the build up to opening the first site, with plans for more to follow.
Menu innovation will be a key part of the role, where new thinking will be encouraged when it comes to flavour combinations, presentation and display.
About YouThis role would suit someone at Head Chef level +, who has been involved with developing a new concept, opened restaurants, helped design kitchens and built relationships with trusted suppliers. Commercial awareness and sound knowledge of menu costings is required.
Experience of Japanese cuisine/Sushi required with an interest in blending new ideas with the best of traditional elements.
The remuneration package is not defined and will be tailored to the expertise of the candidate hired.
