Our client are designers and makers of unique sculptural lighting, furniture and artworks of the highest calibre. They are commissioned by interior decorators, collectors and private individuals worldwide and are recruiting for a Sales Design Consultant with experience of the high-end interiors market.
The position is based in the London showroom in the heart of the Pimlico Road Design District. You would be working closely with the creative and manufacturing teams in order to sell quality pieces with artistic merit and longevity. As an ambassador for the company you will be championing their work and ensuring all creations fit with the clients goals.
Responsibilities for the Sales Design Consultant also include to:
- Negotiate and build positive relationships
- Produce and present client proposals
- Be part of the end-to-end sales cycle
- Host and attend tours of their unique workshops and studios as well as marketing events to drive new business.
Skills and Experience expected for the Sales Design Consultant role:
- Experienced in high-end sales environments such as contemporary art / furniture / lighting interior products.
- Client facing sales experience
- Commercial awareness and numerical ability
- Strong IT (Photoshop, Microsoft and CRM Software) and presentation skills
