Senior Designer

London (Travel into the office every 2 weeks)

£50,000-£55,000 DOE

I'm currently working with a leading name in the non-alcoholic beverages industry, dedicated to delivering the best-tasting products in the category. Following a recent brand refresh by an external agency, my client is seeking a Senior Designer to take creative ownership in-house. This role is pivotal to ensuring that their refreshed brand identity is visually impactful and consistently represented across all brand touchpoints.

As a Senior Designer here, you'll drive the brands creative vision, overseeing a wide range of projects and translating the brand's refreshed visual identity into every aspect of creative output. Working closely with the founder and the marketing director, you'll be the go-to expert on all things creative, from concept development to final artwork, ensuring the brand is showcased at its best. This role will suit a versatile, hands-on designer who is comfortable taking the lead on projects across various channels.

The ideal candidate will be proven and experienced in building brands with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and a keen eye for detail, allowing you to deliver high-quality work from initial concept to final file. Organised and methodical, you bring excellent project management skills and thrive when handling multiple projects, always ensuring precision and adherence to brand standards. As a self-starter, you're comfortable with responsibility and are able to work autonomously when needed, while also valuing the energy and ideas that come from being part of a small, close-knit team.

Requirements:

  • Creative Suite Proficiency
  • Self-Starter
  • Positive & Passionate Team Player
  • Sustainability Champion
  • Digital-First Mindset

Desirable:

  • Passion for the drinks industry and non-alcoholic brands
  • Interest in nature and sustainability
  • Experience in startup or founder-led environments
  • Background working with brands that define or elevate their category
  • Familiarity with consumer and customer (e.g. bars, restaurants) brand strategies

Benefits:

  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + 2 paid days per annum to spend volunteering with a charity
  • Company share scheme
  • Vitality health insurance
  • Personal accident insurance
  • 5% Employer pension contributions
  • Hybrid working
  • Annual training budget for professional improvement

This is a great opportunity to join a leading drinks brand. Please apply with your CV and portfolio for consideration!
