Senior Product Designer
6 month contract

Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in the office
Our client is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their team on a contract basis.
Working in a lean, fast-paced team with product, engineering, research, data, commercial and marketing, you will work across all stages of concept discovery, development and validation and help evaluate which opportunities to pursue.
You must be experienced in 0-1 product development.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with product, research and data to identify opportunities and customer needs
- Lead ideation and concept design, create prototypes as appropriate to bring concepts to life
- Identify how to quickly de-risk or validate ideas
- Conduct rapid concept testing of potential solutions with users
- Iterate and refine concepts to assess product market fit
- Evaluate opportunities and concepts against customer needs and commercial goals
- Support the transition from concept to MVP development
We are looking for:
- Relevant experience including working on multiple 0-1 products
- High level of craft in interaction design and UI
- Strong experience in rapid prototyping and ideating early stage concepts
- Extremely comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to move quickly from ideas to potential solutions that can be quickly validated
- Able to take an insights-driven approach to design and to use design to drive commercial goals
- A skilled facilitator, who can lead ideation and align people with a vision
- A confident self-starter with a bias towards action and speed
