About the Role:We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong Figma experience to join a growing, innovative company. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented product team, take on multiple design projects, and play a key role in shaping user experiences for web and mobile applications. We’re seeking a creative mind who can bring user-centered designs to life and craft engaging, intuitive experiences that resonate with users. If you’re a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a structured approach to your craft, this role is perfect for you.Additionally, there’s significant potential for growth—within the next 2-3 years, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a Head of Design position as the company scales up.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Execution: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered, intuitive designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Project Management: Jump between multiple projects, managing priorities effectively and optimizing design processes to meet deadlines.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation and with product teams to align designs with business and user needs.
  • Prototyping & Iteration: Use Figma to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate design ideas clearly.
  • User-Centered Focus: Leverage your expertise in designing easy-to-use applications, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
  • Design System Maintenance: Maintain consistency across all platforms by evolving and updating the design system.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design easy-to-use, user-friendly applications.
  • Figma Proficiency: You must be highly skilled in using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Versatility: Ability to seamlessly transition between different projects, managing multiple design tasks and optimizing them for efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with developers and product teams to ensure design success.
  • Creativity & Structure: A balance of creative problem-solving and structured project management, able to bring both innovative and practical solutions to life.
  • Growth-Oriented: Ambitious to grow within the company and take on greater leadership responsibilities, with an eye on becoming the Head of Design in the next few years.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
