- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfort to use data and insight to challenge thinking and the direction of the product.
- Has extensive years of experience in product design, bonus points if you have experience in fintech or insurtech.
- Demonstrates a passion for solving complex problems with innovative design solutions.
- Can demonstrate how they embedded research and design thinking into the way a product team operated.
- Shows curiosity about AI and its applications in transforming traditional industries.
- Thrives in collaborative environments and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
