Must haves:
路Excellent Revit, if they also had some residual CAD skill it would be a bonus
路Working knowledge of SketchUp
路Excellent detailing, knowledge of materials, techniques
路Knowledgeable with commercial building systems, structure, and ability to coordinate design within.
路Conversant with Building Regs and statutory requirements.
路Comm skills and confidence sufficient to liaise with consultants and contractors, leading workshops
路Team player but self-motivated

路20 days plus any UK bank holidays. Additionally, business closes from Christmas till 2nd January (additional 3 days of holiday) + 1 day for every year of service (up to 25)
