About the Role
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and collaborative team and play a crucial role in the design and delivery of fit out projects. You will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and specifications that meet the client's requirements and comply with building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
- Coordinating with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Providing technical support to the construction team
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Architectural Technology, Architectural Design, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Technical Designer in the construction industry
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
