Role:
* Set-up Revit base build information for designer to commence space planning* prepare and coordinate pitch / pre-construction technical content, LTA packs and construction packageinformation* Revit technical output at each project stage* support your partner designer on site and deal with contractor queries, reporting to Design Director
Skills & Experience:
* Used to working within a fast passed, ever changing environment where nothing is a problem* Positive attitude* Energy, drive and 'can do' attitude is essential; demonstrates initiative* fluent in Revit* Architecturally trained with high attention to detail* ability to take initiative to solve technical issues* ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines* confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team* excellent communication - both written and verbal* a working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods
