Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday - Friday

A well known name in the comerical workplace Fit out space. Central London based contractor.

Role:

* Set-up Revit base build information for designer to commence space planning
* prepare and coordinate pitch / pre-construction technical content, LTA packs and construction package
information
* Revit technical output at each project stage
* support your partner designer on site and deal with contractor queries, reporting to Design Director

Skills & Experience:


* Used to working within a fast passed, ever changing environment where nothing is a problem
* Positive attitude
* Energy, drive and 'can do' attitude is essential; demonstrates initiative
* fluent in Revit
* Architecturally trained with high attention to detail
* ability to take initiative to solve technical issues
* ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* excellent communication - both written and verbal
* a working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods
