UIUX Product Designer

A pioneering FinTech is transforming the way people manage their finances, combining cutting-edge technology, behavioural insights, and intuitive design. As they scale, they need a UX/UI Product Designer to refine their client experience and enhance internal digital tools.

This is a hands-on role where you'll create seamless, engaging user experiences across mobile apps, web platforms, and operational systems. If you’re a proactive designer eager to take ownership and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you.

• Design and refine UI for iOS, Android, and web applications

• Develop interactive prototypes and user journeys

• Maintain and enhance a well-structured Figma design system

• Conduct research to improve usability and user engagement

• Work closely with developers and product teams to bring ideas to life

• 1-3 years' experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally in startups or scale-ups

• Strong grasp of mobile and web design best practices

• Proficiency in Figma and a keen eye for detail

• Ability to work independently while thriving in a highly collaborative team

• A passion for problem-solving and pushing creative boundaries

• £40,000 - £50,000 salary (DOE)
