Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer
Location: London
Salary: 38,000 - 42,000 per annum
Schedule: 1 weekend in 4 call-out rota

Are you an experienced Coffee Engineer looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee machines and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair traditional espresso and bean-to-cup coffee machines
- Conduct installations and preventative maintenance visits
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet service demands
- Participate in a 1 weekend in 4 call-out rota
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machines
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
