What You'll Be Doing:- Master of Calendars: You'll manage the studio bookings with the precision of a conductor, handling a busy pencilling system that keeps their studio buzzing.
- Customer Champion: Be the first and last point of contact for their clients. Whether it’s a call or an email, your mission is to handle inquiries with charm and efficiency.
- Logistics Wizard: From catering to parking and even the occasional paint job, you’ll coordinate the logistics that make their studio a well-oiled machine.
- Team Orchestrator: Organise staff rotas and shifts ensuring everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there.
- Scout and Guide: Lead client recces, showing off their facilities and ensuring their clients know we’re the perfect fit for their needs.
- Supply Sergeant: Keep their studio stocked with all the essentials, ensuring we’re always ready for action.
- A Proven Track Record: You’ve got experience in bookings or studio management and can juggle tasks like a circus performer.
- Organisation Guru: Your middle name is 'Organised'. Multitasking is your game, and you play to win.
- Communication Ace: You’re as comfortable talking on the phone as you are crafting the perfect email.
- Local Hero: Living locally or able to commute without a hassle? Perfect!
