My client is seeking Mechanical Fitters for various projects involving steel frameworks.
Candidates should have experience with metal fixing and must possess a CSCS card.
The roles require a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering and some welding may be necessary.
Successful candidates will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts, liaising with teams, and ensuring specifications are met.
The salary for these positions is competitive and commensurate with experience.

My client is looking for Mechanical Fitters to join them on various projects, working with steel frameworks. There are multiple projects and roles available for teams of Mechanical Fitters.

You will be working with:

Architectual Steel
Structural steel work
Glass and channel installation
Aluminium decking
Insulated panel installation

Duties & Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical parts for metal frames

Liaise with other teams and key stakeholders

Strong technical understanding to ensure mechanical specifications are met

Report any snagging issues to Site Supervisor

Reading from mechanical assembly drawings
Some welding may be required

The Successful Candidate:

Experience with metal fixing

Must have CSCS

Apprentice trained- NVQL3 Mechanical Engineering

A strong team player
