Position: Foot Mobile Engineer
Location: London
Salary: From £40,000 to £44,000 plus oyster card
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer for a full time, permanent position.
This position is dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites around London.
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial building services maintenance. They need to have electrical and mechanical experience, being able to deal with plant room maintenance, lighting, fan coil maintenance, water checks, compliance etc
This is a foot mobile position, travelling to site using public transport (oyster card provided)
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
- Holding a minimum of a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification
- Happy to travel to and from site using public transport
- Good team player
- Based in a commutable distance to central London
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Zones 1 & 2 oyster card provided
