Example of Duties:

  • Maintain and manage project documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed, indexed, and accessible.
  • Review and collate information for O&M (Operation and Maintenance) Manuals.
  • Use document control software to streamline and track documentation processes.
  • Maintain version control and document updates accurately.
  • Distribute documents to relevant project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support project teams with document management requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely submission of documentation to clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide training on document control systems and processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for information gathering.
  • Monitor document workflows and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
