Reports to: Customer Support Lead

Our client is seeking a temporary Document Content Administrator to join their team for a 4-5 week assignment, starting on 10th March. This hybrid role requires an individual who is highly proficient in Word and has great attention to detail.

As a Document Content Administrator, your primary responsibilities will involve working with Word documents, ensuring proper formatting, and transposing existing content into a new Word template. You will also be required to handle footnotes and create PDFs from Word documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formatting and editing documents using Microsoft Word
  • Transposing existing content into a new Word template
  • Creating and formatting footnotes in Word
  • Converting documents into PDFs
  • Ensuring all documents are precise, professional, and formatted correctly

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word (advanced formatting skills)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience creating PDFs from Word documents
  • Familiarity with using Word functionalities such as footnotes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
