A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Studio Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing architecture practice. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll play an essential part in ensuring the studio operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be working closely with the Directors and design teams, assisting with day-to-day operations, managing calendars, and coordinating various administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing multiple responsibilities. A background in architecture or design is ideal, and a desire to thrive in a busy, creative environment will ensure your success.

Key responsibilities could include:

  • Diary management and scheduling for the Directors and design teams.
  • Organise travel arrangements, meetings, and office logistics.
  • Oversee studio supplies and manage general administrative duties.
  • Provide support in preparing documents, presentations, and project materials.
  • Assist with studio communication, client interaction, and event coordination.
