We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a leading global insurance company on a contract basis, starting ASAP until July 2025. The role is based in London with hybrid working and is inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely delivery of financial outputs.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Advanced Excel experience with strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.
- Proven FP&A experience within the insurance industry.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ability to take ownership of processes, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply good business judgement.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree or Master's in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
