THE ROLE
You will be responsible for reviewing and improving the user journey on their website, with a view to increasing sales. Your role will involve:
- A/B testing of the website
- mapping out the user journey, improving desktop and mobile
- conducting user research
- redesigning user flows
- collaborating with teams across the business
- data analysis and reporting
YOU
To be successful in this CRO role you MUST have:
- proven experience within insurance or e-commerce sectors
- strong knowledge of A/B testing tools
- in-depth understanding of UX
- ability to work in London on a regular basis
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
