Head of Operations (Insurance)
Eames is currently working with a rapidly growing insurance business who are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations. Reporting to the COO, you will drive efficiency, enhance processes, and support business objectives through strong leadership and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
路Lead and manage operational teams across underwriting support, business support, and change and MI.
路Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and efficiency.
路Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly within Lloyd's and the FCA framework.
路Oversee outsourcing agreements and service provider relationships.
Key Skills & Experience:
路Strong leadership and operational management experience in insurance.
路Deep understanding of underwriting operations, claims processes, and financial controls.
路Knowledge of Lloyd's and company market operations, systems, and regulatory requirements.
