A great new opportunity has arisen within a High Net Worth Mortgage broker based in Farringdon.

They are keen to appoint an Insurance administrator to sup[port the insurance team in handling Household/Protection policy business.

Specific responsibilities of the Protection Administrator:

  • Complete underwriting process from quote to placing the policy on risk
  • Conducting whole of market research on where to place certain applications
  • Electronic filing of client correspondence and all other relevant documentation
  • Providing first class, exceptional customer service to clients
  • Handling communication with protection providers, underwriters, GPs and clients ensuring requirements are met and all cases are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Helping clients to arrange medicals and following up with surgeries to acquire medical reports
  • Sending and chasing completed Trust forms
  • Conduct weekly pipeline meetings with Advisers

The role is available immediately and is offered on a full time basis 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday within central Farringdon offices. Interviews are available immediately.
