Our client is a highly regarded and award-nominated insurance broker based in the heart of Middlesex, renowned for their excellence in the insurance industry. With a vibrant, diverse workforce and a strong reputation for outstanding service, are seeking a Renewals Broker to join their team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding customers through the renewal process while ensuring they receive the highest level of service. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Renewals Broker, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the most competitive quotes available in the market and guiding them through the renewal process. Â
As a Renewals Broker, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer care in a warm, genuine, and professional manner.
- Prioritise and process customer renewals according to inception dates.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, offering competitive quotes for their 12-month policy renewals.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on outstanding renewals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly in motor insurance.
- Telephone experience, including handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to business needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desirable but Not Essential:
- CII qualification.
- Experience with Open GI software.
Benefits include:
- Competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,500 with an OTE of £35,000

Work schedule and hours:Â
Monday to Friday, working either an early or late shift:
- Early: 08:30 – 17:30.
- Late: 10:00 – 19:00.
- Every third Saturday: 09:00 – 15:00.
