In this role the Broker Support Technician will provide technical support for the placement and servicing of global construction, energy and specialty lines.
Overview
- You will play a pivotal role in processing technical documentation related to pre-inception and post-placement activities.
- Create evidence of cover, processing premium, bureaux submissions, credit control, file and record management.
- You will liaise with markets and clients to ensure workflow progresses and documentation conforms to service standard levels and regulatory requirements.
What you need to know
- Previous experience as an Insurance Technician or technical experience with a broker, underwriter or bureaux/ Xchanging
- Energy & Construction/Specialty Lines market experience (desirable) but will consider other insurance specialist business lines
- Understanding of the London insurance market
